Welcome to Networking Dynamics. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a discount card or using any service provided by Networking Dynamics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Use of Discount Cards

Discount cards issued by Networking Dynamics are intended for personal use only and may not be resold, bartered, or transferred without prior written consent. Each card is valid for use with participating merchants as listed on our platform. Terms of use may vary by merchant.

4. Validity & Expiry

Cards have a specific validity period, which is communicated at the time of purchase. Issuers and merchants may not honor cards after the expiry date.

5. Usage Restrictions

Discounts and benefits may not apply on holidays, special occasions, or specific items as determined by individual merchants.

6. No Cash Value

Cards and associated benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a payment method.

7. Presentation of Card

Cardholders must present a valid discount card—physical or digital—at the point of sale to redeem offers.

8. Exclusion of Other Offers

Discounts provided through Networking Dynamics generally cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or merchant-specific offers.

9. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase through approved channels. Networking Dynamics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are available for unused discount cards within 7 days of purchase, provided the card is in its original condition and has not been activated. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method after verification. Networking Dynamics reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the Networking Dynamics platform are the intellectual property of Networking Dynamics and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

12. Service and Product Liability

All responsibility for the service or product redeemed using the discount card lies solely with the vendor. Networking Dynamics is not liable for merchant performance, product quality, or service outcomes.

13. Limitation of Liability

Networking Dynamics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or discount cards.

14. Right to Change Terms

Networking Dynamics and its issuing partners reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.
